You may enter as often as you like, but each entry must be different and mailed in a separate envelope. All entries must be received by September 1, 2002 when the contest ends. 2. RECIPE: Recipes must be your original VELVEETA recipe. Recipes must be from one of the following categories: dips/appetizers, side dishes or main dishes. Total ingredient count cannot be more than six (6). Each recipe must include at least eight ( ounces of VELVEETA as an ingredient. Name your recipe, list all ingredients, measurements, complete directions, required utensils, timing, number of servings and other relevant information. Ingredients must be readily available.


3. JUDGING CRITERIA: Entries meeting the requirements of Rules 1 and 2 will be judged by a panel of experts under the supervision of GMR Marketing an independent judging organization. Judging will be based on the following criteria: Taste – 30%; Originality and creativity - 30%; Appearance – 30%; Convenience of preparation – 10%. Entries must not have won a previous prize or award nor been previously published and must be entrant's original work. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be rejudged on the basis of originality and creativity. Winners will be notified by approximately. October 1, 2002.


4. GENERAL RULES: Open to residents of United States, 18 years and older, except employees of Kraft Foods North America, Inc. (Sponsor), its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, chefs, food editors, home economists, persons involved in the preparation of food, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Potential winners must sign any required Winner’s Affidavit and Release within 14 days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. No prize transfers or substitutions, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, contestants assign any and all rights, if any, in the recipe and recipe title to Sponsor and consent to Sponsor's use of same in any and all media throughout the world. Kraft may alter or modify the winning recipe at their discretion. By entering, contestant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of judging organization, which are final in all matters. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged.


5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for Four (4) to Miami, FL to the Busch Series and Winston Cup Series Race Events November 15-17, 2002. Prize includes airfare for four (4) from the airport closest to the winners residence, 3 nights hotel accommodations/2 double occupancy rooms (selected by Sponsor), Grandstand tickets to the Busch Series Race on November 16, 2002, the Winston Cup Series Race on November 17, 2002, a party with the Kraft Racing Team Drivers November 15, 2002 and $500 spending money. Any room service, beverages, or other incidentals used during hotel stay are not a part of this prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $8500. Total prize value: $8500. Limit one prize per family/household. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and restrictions apply. Travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be made on dates specified by Sponsor. Prize will be awarded.
