PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Prize to include a one (1) year membership to a gym in winner's hometown (with a maximum total retail value of $1,000) and up to fifty (50) hours with a personal trainer in winner's hometown (with a maximum total retail value of $3,000), eight ( NIKE outfits and two (2) pair of NIKE shoes selected by Sponsor (with a maximum total retail value of $1,000). Nike will select send outfit/footwear prizes to the winner 4 times a year (once a season) in the winner's preferred size. Winner will select her own gym to join and be reimbursed directly upon showing proof of her gym membership, up to $1,000, covering only initial set-up fees and monthly maintenance fees. Winner will select her own personal trainer and be reimbursed directly upon showing an invoice for the personal trainer, up to four (4) times during the year. NOTE: Sponsor will not reimburse winner for each individual session separately, but will disburse reimbursement payments up to four (4) times during the year. Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $5,000.
