Question regarding the Dream Garage 2002 Sweeps...

DO you think this is a 'scam'? Not the sweeps, but this email. You know, they get your info and then contact you about a little trip and it ends up you have to spend so much time listening to a timeshare presentation..... Did anyone else receive this and what do you all think?

Suzanne, I enter that sweep and I did not get one of those emails. Maybe if you check the rules and see if this is one of the prizes offered? I would not think that they would be handing out prizes untill after the sweep finished but you never know.

I got an email the other day saying that I had won a gift certificate for a movie made in South Carolina. It had a link to the sweep but I did not see the info on the DVD, so I was lost. I just hit reply to the email and sent a note to them asking about it. I got the response back and they explained it. I had won a GC to Amazon for a DVD as a Tell a freind part of the sweep.

Try to reply to the email and ask them what exactly it is.

Actually - I got this too. It's misleading because the "resort" is a compground and there's a 2 or 3 night minimum and you get one night free. So it's sort of misleading, but it is something you get...

If you were going to go camping anyway, this would maybe be a deal...
