Prize: One (1) Grand Prize trip for two (2) to New York City will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and guest will visit the set of One Life To Live (on or about May 13-17, 2002) during production of a show which may include one or more of the following: a visit to the stage to watch rehearsal, the opportunity to sit in a private location in the vicinity of the studio to watch the live production off-air as it is being performed, the opportunity to go backstage and meet cast members, or the opportunity to sit in the audience of another ABC Daytime show. (The precise elements to be provided from this list will be in the sole discretion of ABC Daytime.) Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York from airport nearest winner?s home; 4-day/3-night hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy as selected by Sponsors); and ground transportation between hotel, New York area airport and One Life To Live studio. (Approx. retail value: $3,000 — but actual final value of prize may vary based on point of departure and airline ticket availability and cost at time of purchase.) If Grand Prize Winner lives within the New York City area, winner will receive, in lieu of airfare, round-trip local transportation between winner?s home and hotel. Grand Prize Winner agrees to travel and participate on a date during specified dates to coincide with the live taping of One Life To Live or prize will be forfeited without compensation, and an alternate winner will be selected, if time permits. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, tips, hotel incidentals and other ground transportation costs. In the unlikely event that One Life To Live must cancel for any reason, winner agrees that Sponsors and their agents shall have no further obligations other than to deliver the remainder of the Grand Prize. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsors? approval. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. Sweepstakes is available to over 100 million internet users. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If Grand Prize Winner is a minor under state law, prize will be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian, who will be required to accompany minor on trip. No substitution or transfer of prizes except with Sponsors? permission or where required by law. If for any reason prize becomes unavailable, Sponsors may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Taxes are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner, who will receive a 1099 form reflecting the actual final retail value of prize. Allow 5-10 business days after validation for travel arrangement of prize.
