Smucker's Magical Contest
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 1. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Smucker's Magical Contest Rules, P.O. Box 8419, Dept. DS, Prospect Hts, IL 60070. (VT residents may omit return postage).

2. HOW TO ENTER CONTEST: Visit the Smucker's website at http://www.smucker.com and access the appropriate contest area beginning 12:01AM (EST) 12/13/01 through 11:59PM (EST) 12/31/02 and enter the information requested or hand print your name/address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail with proper postage in an envelope to: Smucker's Disney Contest, P.O. Box 8512, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. All entries must be postmarked by 12/31/02 and received by 01/07/03. Limit: One entry per person by either Internet or mail. Multiple entries will invalidate the entrant. The J.M. Smucker Company (“Sponsor”) assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, postage-due or misdirected entries or mail. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. In case of cancellation, winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received via a random drawing on or about 01/10/03 by an independent judging organization. Winner will be notified by mail. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

PRIZE: One (1) Prize: a 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) people to the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, FL, including round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to the Orlando International Airport, room accommodations (1 room/4 person occupancy) for four (4) nights at a resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, four (4) round trip transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort and four (4) 5-day Park Hopper® passes good for five days to the Magic Kingdom®Park, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Trip must be completed by 04/30/03 or it will be forfeited. Some blackout dates may apply at hotels or on air travel. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, meals, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guests must travel together. ARV: $4,050.00. Actual value depends on point of origin and time of travel. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to legal residents of the U.S. 18 years of age or older. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Sponsor, The Walt Disney Company and Promotion Activators, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, sales promotion and judging agencies and the immediate families or household members of each are not eligible.

4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Winner will be notified by regular U.S. mail. Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 21 days of request or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Travel companions of Prize winner, (or their parents or legal guardians if companions are minors) must complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to departure. By accepting prize, winner agrees that neither The J.M. Smucker Company, The Walt Disney Company, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors nor any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agencies including, but not limited to Promotion Activators, Inc. will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by prize or resulting from or in connection with participation in this promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use of prize or while participating in any prize related activities. Acceptance of prize shall further constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that the sponsor may use the winner's name, likeness and/or prize information worldwide without limitation for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Winner is solely responsible for any local, state or federal taxes on prize. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize be unavailable.
