| I won one of the $1000 daily drawings this past summer. I know that I have to claim that money on my taxes, but the company has not sent out a 1099 (at least I think that is the right form number) form yet. Has anyone else that won money from there got a form for your taxes yet? I've tried e-mailing them but I can't get anyone to answer. Does anyone have their phone number? I have looked all over the site and cannot locate it anywhere. I know that they put a phoone nnumber in the winner confirmation e-mails, but my daughter accidentally deleted them a long time ago. If I can't get the form, does anyone know what I am supposed to do?

| I took this from the IRS site How do I report income received as a prize or award? If you win a prize in a lucky number drawing, television or radio quiz program, beauty contest, or other event, you must include it in your income. For example, if you win a $50 prize in a photography contest, you must report this income on line 21 (other income), Form 1040. If you receive merchandise, you must report the fair market value of the item(s) as income. Refer to Chapter 13 of Publication 17, Your Federal Income Tax, for additional information. You can also use a 1099-MISC, it should have been in with the paperwork that you received when you claimed the prize(we had to print it out on the computer and have some of it notarized)

| I emailed them around the end of January, because I hadn't gotten a form.... Hadn't heard from them....so called the IRS, and they said I could fill out my tax form without the 1099....just as long as I claim the money. So....I went ahead and did that.....the day I sent off the taxes, I got an email, telling me to send my name and addy, and they would send me a 1099....I told them I had already sent the taxes off....and they wrote back, and said to let them know if I needed the 1099 in the next few months....
