To make Eckrich Brand's Stadium Dip for Smoked Sausage, you'll need the following ingredients:
- Eckrich Smoked Sausage
- Dijon Mustard
- Horseradish
- Mayonnaise
- Green Onion
One ingredient is missing from the list - guess what it is.
To enter this contest, fill in your StartSampling ID and password along with your guess. You may enter the contest as many times as you wish.
In order to give all members an equal chance at winning the contest, we will let each contest run for at least 24 hours. When the contest is over, we will randomly select 10 winners from the pool of correct entries. Each of these winners will receive 50 Frequent Tryer Miles.

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. ECKRICH Smoked Sausage*, halved lengthwise, sliced thick
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
Stir-fry sausage in large non-stick skillet approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50% power) 1 minute. Stir. Heat 1 minute. Serve sausage with dip.
Makes 16 servings (2 tablespoons dip - 1 oz. sausage per serving).
