These Rules apply to RI Interior Design Consultation Contest ("Contest") conducted by Relative Interiors for Plan B Productions, Inc., 124 West 73rd Street, Suite 5 New York, NY 10023 ("Sponsor") which will be promoted only on its RI website (the "Website"). The Contest will end at 11:59PM (Eastern Standard Time) on September 30, 2002. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligibility is limited to online entries. You must be a United States citizen, 18 years of age or older, and reside within the United States. Entrants to the Contest must access the website from a computer located in the United States.


1. To Enter and To Win: You must log on to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and click through to the WIN e-mail page to register for the Contest. You may also log on directly to the WIN e-mail page and register at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] To enter follow the instructions found on the entry screen of the RI WIN e-mail page and respond by 11:59PM (Eastern Standard Time) of September 30, 2002. Entrants are not required to complete all fields of the entry form, but must provide enough information to allow Sponsor to contact entrant if selected as a winner. Sponsor will announce the winner on or about the 31st of October, 2002. Winners will be notified within thirty days (30) of selection.

One entry per person. Each person entering the Contest may only use one e-mail address. Each entrant may reference themselves as "referred by" only once. In the case of multiple entries of the same person, only the first will be considered. Subsequent attempts made by the same person to enter and/or be named as the reference by using multiple e-mail addresses or otherwise will be disqualified. No person will be eligible to win more than one drawing. In the event of dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither Sponsor, any telephone network, nor service providers are responsible for lost/delayed, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information. Additionally, Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically manipulated, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; for any human error; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Contest in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries or entrants ability to participate in the Contest, or winner notification, or winner response to notification. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the Contest or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Contest judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Contest judges reserve the right to void entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by Relative Interiors.
2. Winner and Prize: Each person that registers correctly will be automatically entered to win the RI Interior Design Consultation Contest Prize ("Prize"). The Prize consists of a four hour interior design consultation with Connie Britell, Mary Jo Donohoe and Suzie Hawkins in the winner's U.S. residence on a mutually agreed upon date within six months of the Contest deadline. Contest value: $1,000. Sponsor may substitute prize of comparable or equal value. Winner may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Prize is not transferable. Winners will be notified by e-mail or mail. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with Contest Rules and a liability and publicity release. All expenses, including Federal, State and local taxes on receipt and use of the Prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Failure to execute and return any requested documents within 21 days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any the Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable will result in the awarding of the Prize to alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Relative Interiors shall have no liability to any person for injury, loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind, including but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance or the use of the Prize.
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to lawful residents of the United States logging on to the Internet from within the United States except all employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and suppliers dealing with this Contest or the operation of its websites, and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family.
4. Use of Entrant Information: Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on Website and to use winner's name, hometown, and likeness in for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Except as required by law, Sponsor will not share entrant information with any third parties. Sponsor may contact entrants in the future with offers it feels may be of interest. 5. Deadlines and Odds Of Winning: The winner will be determined from all eligible entries submitted on or before 11:59PM (Eastern Standard Time) on September 30, 2002. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and the number of individuals named as the reference to the RI website..
6. Important Information: Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited, and in all other countries. Sponsor may discontinue this Contest at any time. Sponsor may terminate the Contest or decide to modify it in any manner which it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the Contest' security or fairness. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in Contest and disqualify entries if they (1.) attempt to enter the Contest through any means other than as described in these Rules, (2.) attempt to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (3.) repeatedly show a disregard for the Contest Rules or act (a.) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b.) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Contest are final.
7. Who Won?: The name of the winner will be posted on or after January 31, 2002 at [Only registered and activated users can see links.
