. HOW TO PLAY: Look for specially marked packages of PillsburyÒ Toaster StrudelÔ Pastries, PillsburyÒ Waffles and PillsburyÒ Pancakes which contain a sweepstakes number as part of the packaging. Log onto Strudelpalooza.com and follow the online instructions for entering by 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Standard Time on May 1, 2002. If your sweepstakes number is not a winner, a message will appear telling you to “Try Again” and no information will be collected from you. If your sweepstakes number is a winner, a message will notify you that you are a “Winner” (pending verification of eligibility). You will be asked to enter your date of birth. If you are under the age of 18, you must enter your parent/legal guardian’s name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address for prize delivery and parental notification. If you are over the age of 18, you will then be asked to enter your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address for prize delivery.



No purchase necessary: For a free chance to win, print your name, mailing address and phone number on a 3” x 5” card, and mail in an envelope, postmarked by May 10, 2002, and received no later than May 15, 2002, to Strudelpalooza, P.O. Box 3410, St. Cloud, MN 56397-3410. Photocopied, mechanical and automated reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one entry per envelope. Sponsor will issue a sweepstakes number for each request and play the game on your behalf. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or other undeliverable mail. All requests become the property of The Pillsbury Company and will not be returned. Sponsor will contact winners with information about how to claim their prizes. Sponsor will not contact non-winners.



2. CLAIMING PRIZES: GRAND PRIZES: If your message indicates that you are a Grand Prize Winner, make a copy of your winning sweepstakes number from the package for your records and mail original winning sweepstakes number along with a 3” x 5” card with your name (or parent’s/legal guardian’s name if under 1, complete mailing address and daytime phone number to: Strudelpalooza, P.O. Box 3692, St. Cloud, MN 56397-3692. Grand Prize Claims must be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested (or other form of traceable mail). Grand Prize Claim must be received within 10 days of receiving the online winning message or prize claim will be forfeited. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery to Sponsor. You are not a Grand Prize Winner until your winning sweepstakes number has been verified and you have been determined eligible to win. If you are a verified Grand Prize Winner via the Internet or the mail-in method, the Sponsor will send an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release to be completed and returned by the Winner or Winners parent/legal guardian within 10 days of the date printed on the prize notification, or the Winner will forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to an alternate winner. FIRST PRIZES: If you receive a message that you have won a First Prize, you will be asked to enter your name (or parent/legal guardian’s name if under 1 and mailing address so that Sponsor can mail to you a First Prize (CD Sampler). An e-mail message will be sent to the parent/legal guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age. There is a limit of five (5) winning CDs per e-mail address.



3. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZES (5 total) - Four (4) Instant Win Grand Prizes and One (1) Second Chance Random Drawing Grand Prize - A trip for four to SeaWorld® in San Antonio, Texas, to attend the Strudelpalooza™ event on August 2, 2002. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for four (4) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to San Antonio, Texas, standard accommodations (1 room/double occupancy) for (3) three days and three (3) nights at a San Antonio area hotel, four (4) VIP passes to the StrudelpaloozaÔ concert event, four (4) three-day passes to SeaWorldÒ park in San Antonio, transport to/from hotel and airport and $1,500 spending allowance (Approximate Retail Value $5,500). First Prizes - 250,000 CD Samplers (Approximate Retail Value $6) will be awarded to the first 250,000 participants who enter a valid sweepstakes number at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Unclaimed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. Some restrictions will apply. Trip Winners will be responsible for gratuities and all other expenses not specified, including but not limited to food, beverage purchases and other items not specified above. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per address and five (5) First Prizes per e-mail address.



4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING. Online winners of a First Prize (CD sampler) and mail-in entries will automatically be entered into the random drawing for one (1) Second Chance Grand Prize. Second Chance Prize drawing will be conducted on or about 5/20/02. Sponsor will contact winner, and all other rules specified herein apply.



5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the United States. Employees of The Pillsbury Company, related companies, agencies and entities involved in this Sweepstakes, their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.



6. CONDITIONS: If a Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian, who must accompany the minor on the trip. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Judging Agency, which shall be final in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and its agencies, officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic or mailed entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages resulting from acceptance or use of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and/or its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes. Winners agree to have their names, voices and/or likenesses used in any advertising, promotional, Internet or public relations materials as related to this Sweepstakes or future similar Sweepstakes and to sign a publicity/liability release prior to acceptance of prize, except where prohibited by law. No substitutions of prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Grand Prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 10 days of date printed on Sponsor’s acknowledgement. Travel companions will be required to complete travel release forms. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, Participants will forfeit prize and an alternate winner may be selected.



To qualify as a Winner, you must comply with these Official Rules and your Sweepstakes Number must be verified. Sweepstake Numbers are void if defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels or if they contain printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Sponsor reserves the right to replace any specially marked Sweepstakes Number containing printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, with a new Sweepstakes Number. Sponsor shall have no further obligation regarding defective Sweepstake Numbers. No more than the stated number of prizes in these Complete Official Rules will be awarded. If at any time, Sponsor in its sole discretion determines that more verified prize claims have been received or winning prize messages have been conveyed online than the number of prizes offered in any prize category, Sponsor may suspend prize awards for that category until after 5/15/02 and any remaining prizes for that category (up to the total listed) may be awarded via a random drawing conducted thereafter from among all persons submitting eligible prize claims after suspension. ANY ATTEMPT TO FORGE SWEEPSTAKES NUMBERS OR DEFRAUD IN ANY WAY MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Thanks I won a CD sampler also, I tried your number and got a message that the system was unavailable. I then changed the last digit to a 6 and it worked!

That is so strange! I guess some of the codes from the products are similar? Does anyone have any other codes for the products listed???

I kept getting the system is temporarily unavailable so I tried as dsj761 suggested and changed the last number to 6. Worked great. I won the CD sampler also.

There is a message on the last page also that says: Try your luck and play agian. Buy more Pillsbury products to get another sweepstakes number.

Read the rules a little better and came up with this.
