TO ENTER the Jergens Naturally Smooth™ "Get Some of Your Life Back" Sweepstakes, access the website at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] All entries must be submitted and received by 11:59 PM EST, November 10, 2001. LIMIT: One entry per e-mail address. Entrants will have the opportunity to forward the promotion to up to 25 friends who have a valid e-mail address (recipients must be U.S. residents 18 years of age or older), and for each recipient of the e-mail who clicks-through the promotion site, the original entrant will receive an additional entry into the sweepstakes (up to 25). Entrants will also receive an additional entry into the sweepstakes by completing the Jergens survey. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, illegible or that are misdirected or misrouted as a result of interrupted or unavailable network connections or Internet transmissions for any reason or for any computer, phone, or phone line hardware or software malfunction, failure or error of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Use of automated devices is prohibited. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Promotion begins 12:01 AM EST, September 10, 2001.

PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize: A Spa Finder Gift Certificate valued at $6,000. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) people, up to 6 days/5 night spa accommodations (1 rm., dbl. occup), up to 5 spa treatments, and unlimited use of main spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, specialty classes, lap pool, Jacuzzi, free weights, Cybex, cardio-vascular fitness equipment) (Approximate Retail Value: $6,000). Actual value will vary depending on dates of travel and point of departure. Spa packages are subject to change without notice and use of facilities will be governed by Spa rules. Travel must be taken within one (1) year from prize acceptance or prize will be forfeited. Some blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Airfare and spa accommodations are subject to availability. A Saturday night stay is required. Travel companion must be 18 or older unless a member of the winner's immediate family. Travel companion will be required to sign and return a Travel Companion Release form prior to ticketing. Meals, tips and other unspecified expenses are winner's responsibility. Ten (10) First Prizes: One (1) Year Supply of Jergens&#reg; Naturally Smooth™ Shave Minimizing Moisturizer (12 bottles total) (Approximate Retail Value: $60). DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from the aggregate of all qualified entries received by the deadline date. The drawing will be held on or about November 16, 2001. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by Marketing Drive PSG, whose decisions are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded to the registrant of the submitted Internet e-mail account regardless of the individual that submitted the entry. Prize winners will be notified by mail or phone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity within fourteen (14) days of notification where permitted by law. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and award of prize to alternate winner. If prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are determined by the number of qualified entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes only open to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older, and who are Internet subscribers as of September 10, 2001. All employees, their immediate families and household members of The Andrew Jergens Company and their parent and affiliated companies, production and promotion agencies and their respective divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies are not eligible to win a prize in this sweepstakes. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). Any entrant who attempts to tamper with the sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. The Andrew Jergens Company and their promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor. By accepting a prize, each winner releases Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, which may be sustained in connection with (I) participation in the Contest, (ii) the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, or (iii) preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.
