This sweepstakes begins on August 21, 2001, 5:00am ET and ends September 4, 2001, 11:59pm ET (the "Sweepstakes period"). Information requested on the entry form consists of age, name, address (including zip code), phone number, valid email address. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ACCOUNT.
