First, I am curious about how many people enter sweeps on a regular basis?

How many use turbosweeps or sweeps software?

I just don't want people to get discouraged about winning prizes because GNW is going.

There are tons of sweeps put there to enter, I'm probably entering at least 250 a day(I know, I know, I just like the chances of winning, LOL)

Bill and I each enter about fifteen dailies and then enter every one that we are eligible that are posted here.

I couldn't figure the turbosweeps out. I downloaded it on BIll's puter but gave up on it.

I am using the Sweep program and I am up to about 90 a day now. Maybe 12 a week and about 7 monthly. I add one or two new sweeps a day to my list tho.
I love it and am having a great time hunting for new sweeps.

Tami, I'm right up there with you - about 250 a day right now, and using turbosweeps & robofill. I found robofill to be even better at filling out forms that turbosweeps!

I've been using Turbosweeps and I am up to about 100 a day. It is alot easier to keep track of them using this program. I use to just have a separate folder in my favorites marked daily, monthly, and so on. Thanks bradedit for telling us about it.

I use the Sweeps software and I'm entering about 50 a day, plus GNW. With work this is about all I have time for. If I give up GNW, I can do more dailies. I also enter all the 1 time onlys that are listed here.

I only enter maybe 20 a day plus i get my 150 entries at GNW.

I do Turbosweeps a litlle, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. Since so many people use that I'm figuring the chances of winning from Turbosweeps is low. Does anyone else think this? Has anyone ever won from sites that Turbosweeps lists. I know you can add your own sweeps so that would be different - I'm just talking about the ones that they list on their own.

Most of the sweeps that are on Turbosweeps are established sweeps that give out prizes all the time!

The main thing of turbosweeps is that you add your own and can delete those that are not interesting to you that they give to you. I can't tell which ones are from them and which are from what I added.

They mainly put out that list to get people started and to see how the program itself works.

Tami, all the ones that downloaded with the Sweeps software were expired! How can we get other information? Do I have to download Turbosweeps also? The Sweeps says you can exchange files with other users. Do you know if there are people who will send you these?

There are areas that you can download from sweep.

On the Download tab on the top of sweep, click there and then click at the bottom where it says Check, then if some appear in the screen just click Download file! Some may already be on the program already.

In both Turbosweeps and sweeps you can import what other people have on theirs. I use Turbosweeps right now just cause I needed a change and I do think it is a little easier to use, but that is just me.

Kim and I just tried it on turbosweeps and it was pretty easy to do, but now we both have LOTS and LOTS of daily entry ones.

wow...I have been wondering how to do this with the sweeps program. How do you exchange files with other people using the sweeps program? I see it has that option but I thought you had to do get the file from a website. I don't understand how to connect with someone else to exchange with them.
Here's what it says under the download tab:

You can download new entries from the Sweep web site! Just click on the Check button to see what files are available. Click on a file in the list to see the decription. If you like it, click the Download File button to download the file and add the items to your Sweep! * If you have a sweep data file you want to share with everybody, email it to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and we will add it to the files that people can download.

I don't see how to make a file to email to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now].......anybody figure this out yet?

Click on the Help section in Sweeps and then on the link hare Sweep Data Files, It will almost walk you through it!

For those who enter sweeps daily (especially those like Tami that enter LOTS each day), how are the payoffs? Do you win frequently? Is it worth the time and commitment involved?
