This is just my opinion but it seems to be working for other groups that are doing shared greetings.
Take everybody off your current list and look for people who will either Send or receive one of EACH PRIZE card to/from you.
Only have 10 people at the most on your list. It is much easier to keep track of. I have 5 people who will be sending me cards everyday and 5 that I want to send cards to everyday.
I just was finding it hard to keep track of who to send to and who sent to me which prize.
