Ok, here's the deal on this! Everyone who has NOT won something in the month of July is qualified to enter (if you DO win something by July 31st, you are disqualified!) All you have to do is tell me the name of your favorite whine (oops, I mean WINE). If you don't like wine, then your favorite drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. On August 1st, I'll very objectively (names in a hat) pick a winner from all of the people who are still winers (oops, I mean WHINERS.) The prize is - a paperback Oprah book (your choice, I have several to choose from including The Pilot's Wife, She's Come Undone, etc.) They are all used, but still in good condition and fine reading copies. Even better than that, you'll be #1 on the DOD AUGUST WINNERS LIST!!!

I'm no longer a winer, I mean whiner, but just wanted to say that this is a way cool idea. Then again just think of all the poor whiners who won't even be able to win a contest in a loser's club.

Mark me down! Ok...let's see, my favorite wine would be Apple Cider(non-acholol)...oh gee whiz, I'm such a loser that even my whine...oops, I mean wine, doesn't have any bite to it any more!
