Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 1965 Sunbeam Tiger Series I Convertible Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Fifty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred dollars ($58,500) (USD) and Twenty-Five Thousand Seventy-Two Dollars ($25,072) (USD) spending money that can be used to cover taxes. Vehicle will be awarded as is. Winner or Winner's parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor in the jurisdiction in which Winner's legal residence is located: (1) must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of automobile insurance at the time of the vehicle's delivery; (2) is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize; and (3) must take delivery of prize from a party designated by Sponsor in Winner's legal state of residence. Any images of car pictured in any advertising are not reflective of actual prize to be won. If winner is from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, Sponsor reserves the right to award a cash alternative in the place of the car. If potential winner is not of legal driving age consent must be provided by parent or legal guardian prior to award of the prize. If potential winner fails to obtain consent from parent or legal guardian, then prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided except as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion. Total ARV of the combined Grand Prize: Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($83,572) (USD). If winner is from Puerto Rico, winner will receive the cash equivalent of the Vespa. ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: VIP Warner Bros. Lot Tour. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Winner’s and his/her travel companions’ transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies. Released Parties shall not be parties to such contracts and shall assume no responsibility in this connection. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Unless the child of a winner, travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Released Parties (as defined below) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or the loss, theft or damage of cash, cameras, jewelry, securities, heirlooms, negotiable papers or other valuables. If the Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) at Sponsor's sole discretion extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of the winner’s disability or illness, in which case certain prize components may not be available. The Winner must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Winner at Sponsor's expense. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If Winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, travel companion must be at least eight ( years old to take the studio tour and Winner must be the parent/legal guardian of the minor travel companion. If winner is a minor in the jurisdiction in which Winner's legal residence is located, then travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. For all Vespa Prizes: Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. (“Piaggio”) is a “Prize Provider.” All Vespa Prize Winners or the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if any individual Vespa Prize Winner is a minor in the jurisdiction in which the Vespa Prize Winner's legal residence is located will be responsible for: (1) any additional costs associated with the Vehicle, including without limitation title, tax, license, PDI (pre-destination inspection), registration, insurance, and any additional accessories and options as agreed to between The Vespa Prize Winner and the authorized Vespa USA dealership location at which the vehicle will be delivered, as determined by Piaggio in Piaggio's sole discretion; (2) pick-up of the Vespa at a time and location determined in the sole discretion of Piaggio (Piaggio will endeavor, as a courtesy, to select a dealership close to the residence of the Vespa Prize Winners); (3) shipping organization and shipping charges from the authorized Vespa USA dealership whereat pick up is scheduled to any other location if an individual Vespa Prize Winners is unable or unwilling to accept delivery at such dealership; (4) completing all documentation required by the Official Rules and Prize Provider; (5) determining the class of license necessary to legally operate the Vespa Prize; (6) Complying with any applicable federal, state and/or local laws and regulations applicable to the Vespa, including without limitation registration requirements and operating restrictions; (7) all other expenses and items not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. At the time the Vespa is actually awarded, the Vespa Prize Winners or the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if any individual Vespa Prize Winner is a minor in the jurisdiction in which the Vespa Prize Winner's legal residence is located: (i) will assume full ownership of and responsibility for the Vehicle; (ii) will be required to sign various documents involving the Vehicle; and (iii) must furnish proof of residence, valid operator’s license as required by the law of the Vespa Prize Winner’s jurisdiction of residence and of the jurisdiction of pickup and any required insurance coverage; (6) Piaggio reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Vehicle if Vespa Prize Winners do not comply with the above requirements.

If selected, when Vespa Prize Winners do not take delivery of Vehicle no later than November 15, 2008, Vespa Prizes may be forfeited, at Prize Provider's sole discretion. Prize Provider, Sponsor, and Administrator are not responsible for delays in delivery. The Vespa Prize may not be exchanged. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of the Vespa Prize is permitted. The Vespa Prize is subject to availability and substitution with a prize of equal or greater retail value if the Vespa Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason, at sole discretion of Prize Provider and Sponsor. The value of the Vespa Prize set forth above represents Prize Provider's and Sponsor's good faith determination of the ARV thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the ARV of a prize is more than the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
