I can tell you that it started on August 8th, but it was having errors when you clicked on the submit button. I called them and they were aware and in the process of fixing it. I checked it several times, and when it officially worked... I posted it on this thread. That's when the "while supplies last" started. How many that is, I don't know, but since it just started, hopefully we all stand a good chance. Hope the info helps.

I looked at it, and it's definately different from when I first posted it. Looks like you're right and "supplies" are gone.
