1. HOW TO ENTER: Checkers/Rally's I Wanna Go Fast Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") starts 12:00 A.M. ET, 6/19/06 and ends 11:59:59 P.M. ET, 8/31/06. 2. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a "Fully Loaded Living Room" consisting of Sony 32” Bravia™ S-Series LCD HDTV, Sony DVD Dream Home Theater System complete with 5-disc DVD/CD changer and Digital Cinema Sound™ System, 2 recliners, “NASCAR 3D: The IMAX Experience” DVD, and “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” DVD (anticipated to be released on DVD in January 2007) ARV: $4,735. First Prize (2): Two First Prize Winners will each receive a Checkers/Rally’s Tailgate Package consisting of a propane grill, a 62-quart wheeled cooler, a Checkers/Rally’s logo’d 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent, and a case of frozen Checkers/Rally’s NASCAR-licensed Burgers. ARV: $1,550 each. Second Prize (3): Three Second Prize Winners will each receive a pair of grandstand tickets and VIP passes to the Ford 400 Race scheduled for 11/19/06 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. ARV: $500 each Prize. All costs and expenses not specifically included herein, e.g. travel, hotel accommodations, meals, souvenirs, etc. are solely the responsibility of each Winner. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize Prize as described herein. All standard NASCAR terms and conditions apply to tickets. If race is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, Winners will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to standard rain check policies and procedures established by issuer. In lieu of Prize as stated above, i.e., tickets and VIP passes, the Winner may instead choose to receive a check in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
