1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 10:00 AM Pacific Time on 6/1/2006 through 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 6/30/06, visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]. Complete the on-screen entry form to be automatically entered in the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per e-mail address per day. A day is defined as 12:00 AM Pacific Time through 11:59 PM Pacific Time. On-line entries must be rec'd by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 6/30/2006.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/15/2006 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One grand prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Cat Island in the Islands of the Bahamas. Trip includes: round trip coach air travel for four (4) between major U.S. airport closest to winner’s residence and the Islands of the Bahamas International Airport or appropriate airport, Accommodations for 5 days/4 nights [two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy] at Fernandez Bay on Cat Island. (ARV up to $5,000.00). Odds of winning: based on number of entries received. Accommodations and airfare are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Travel must be completed by 6/30/07. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply. No cash redemptions. No substitution of prize, except as provided herein. Cinemark Theatres (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
