1. The “Sweepstakes Period” is from 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) May 1, 2006 ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59 PM ET, October 30, 2006 ("Sweepstakes-End").

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older and who had Internet access prior to Sweepstakes-Start. Void in Puerto Rico and other US territories. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless where they live) or members of household of Learning By Grace, Inc. (‘Sponsor”) and THE MARKETING AGENCY, LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Sweepstakes (the “sweepstakes entities”) are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

3. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes is offered only on the Internet. Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. You must supply an accurate, functioning email address for which you are the authorized user to be eligible to win a prize and to be notified in the event of being selected as a potential winner. It is entrants’ responsibility to keep their email addresses current. “Authorized user” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. Maximum one (1) entry per person or email address. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. All entries made in violation of these rules will be deleted.

4. Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen about 10 days after Sweepstakes-End in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes-Period. All potential winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. If a potential winner does not respond to an email notice within 48 hours and supply all the contact information that is requested, it will be understood by Sponsor that the prize has been definitively declined for all time and another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings.

5. Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: (1) Grand Prize: A Chevrolet Aveo Hatchback. ARV: $11,000. Odds of winning the Grand Prize: Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Should the actual value of the car be less than $11,000, the difference will not be awarded in cash. The delivery of the vehicle might be delayed depending on availability. Winner will take delivery at the Chevrolet dealer nearest to his/her residence. Sponsor is responsible only for the value of the prize stated in these Official Rules and winner will be responsible for all other charges and costs including, without limitation, all “extras” ordered, automatic transmission, automobile insurance, state and local sales and excise taxes, registration and licensing expenses and for having a valid driver’s license at the time of delivery and for any other costs incurred.
