RULES SYNOPSIS

Either login above or Register Now]) (the “Site”) between February 15 (12:00:00 AM Eastern Time) and June 30 (11:59:59 PM Eastern Time), 2006 (the “Promotion Term”), a registered and eligible Participant will have the chance to win one of four Grand Prize Spring Cleaning Makeovers featuring Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac software (each valued at $10,000), or be one of one hundred sixty three (155) winners of runner-up Promotion prizes (collectively valued at a combined total of over $60,000), as more fully described and subject to the terms and conditions specified in these Official Rules (“Rules”)
Limit one (1) Promotion Entry per eligible Participant during the Promotion Term. No fictitious, alias, robotic or other similar means of entry are permitted. Promotion Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor or its agent at any time for conformity to these Rules, at Sponsor’s discretion. All eligible Promotion Entries will be included in the Promotion random drawing as outlined below.
B. Random Drawing. Following the conclusion of the Promotion Term, on or about July 14, 2006 , a random drawing will be conducted from the pool of all eligible Promotion Entries received during the Promotion Term to determine winners of the Promotion prizes, subject to verification, notification and acceptance (including completion of all winner documentation specific herein). The first (1st) through the fourth (4th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a Grand Prize. The fifth (5th) through the nineteenth (19th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a First Prize. The twentieth (20th) through the seventy-fourth (74th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a Second Prize. The seventy-fifth (75th) through the ninety-fourth (94th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a Third Prize. The ninety-fifth (95th) through the one-hundred fourteenth (114th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a Fourth Prize. The one-hundred fifteenth (115th) through the one-hundred thirty-fourth (134th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries’ entering Participants will each be winners of a Fifth Prize. The one-hundred thirty-fifth (135th) through the one-hundred fifty-ninth (159th) randomly drawn Promotion Entries entering Participants will each be winners of a Sixth Prize.
1. Grand Prize: A “Grand Prize” is one (1) ‘Spring Cleaning Makeover’ comprised of full edition Office 2004 for Mac Professional Edition software and including a combination of MacBook Pro laptop computers, Apple Cinema Displays, Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboards at winner’s selection from options provided by Sponsor and at Sponsor’s reasonable approval (subject to availability), together with new office furniture and equipment and additional hardware and software at winner’s selection from options provided by Sponsor and at Sponsor’s reasonable approval (subject to availability), up to a total combined maximum retail value of $10,000. The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of one (1) Grand Prize is $10,000. A t otal of four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded with a Grand Prize subtotal ARV of $40,000. 2. First Prize: A “First Prize” is one (1) Herman Miller Aeron office chair (ARV $810). A total of fifteen (15) First Prizes will be awarded with a First Prize subtotal ARV of $12,150. 3. Second Prize: A “Second Prize” is one (1) full version of Office 2004 for Mac Professional Edition software (ARV $499). A total of fifty-five (55) Second Prizes will be awarded with a Second Prize subtotal ARV of $27,445. 4. Third Prize: A “Third Prize” is one (1) Apple 30GB Color iPod (ARV $299). A total of twenty (20) Third Prizes will be awarded with a Third Prize subtotal ARV of $5,980. 5. Fourth Prize. A “Fourth Prize” is one (1) Bose Digital Music System SoundDock for iPod (ARV $299). A total of twenty (20) Fourth Prizes will be awarded with a Fourth Prize subtotal ARV of $5,980. 6. Fifth Prize. A “Fifth Prize” is one (1) Xbox 360 core system (ARV $299). A total of twenty (20) Fifth Prizes will be awarded with a Fifth Prize subtotal ARV of $5,980. 7. Sixth Prize. A “Sixth Prize” is one (1) Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 for Mac (ARV $105). A total of twenty-five (25) Sixth Prizes will be awarded with a Sixth Prize subtotal ARV of $2,625.
Total ARV of all Promotion prizes is $100,160.
