1. TWO WAYS TO ENTER: (a) Log on to www.perfectproms.com and click on the Win The Perfect Prom Sweepstakes logo. Complete the entry form and submit online from December 1, 2004 to February 28, 2005, limit one entry per person per day. (b) Or you may choose to send in a mail-in entry, just write your name, address, phone number, the name of the high school you attend and the date of your prom on a piece of 3” x 5” paper. All mail-in entries must be mailed with first class postage affixed, in a hand-addressed envelope no larger than 4 1/8” x 91/2” (#10) to Win The Perfect Prom Sweepstakes, 305 SW 140th Terrace, Newberry, Florida 32669. Limit one entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked between December 1, 2004 and February 28, 2005 and received by March 1, 2005. We cannot be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Win The Perfect Prom Sweepstakes is open to permanent residents of the 50 United States, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia who are high school students at time of entry. Employees of StudentAware Communications, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies and their family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible for this sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. AWARDING OF PRIZES: A random drawing will be held on or about March 1, 2005 among all eligible entries received by StudentAware Communications, Inc. whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. An independent auditor will certify the validity of the drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified on or before March 14, 2005. Prizewinners must respond to any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 7 days of attempted delivery. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and will result in the selection of an alternate winner and school (if applicable). The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Limit one prize per family/household, except for Third Place prizes. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners and school (if applicable). Grand Prizewinning school must conduct their prom during the month of April, 2005 or May, 2005, selecting the date from available dates provided by StudentAware Communications, Inc. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winners’ name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE VALUES: All 166 prizes, with an approximate retail value of $84,460, will be awarded as follows: One (1) Grand Prizewinner will receive a $1,500 allowance for personal prom expenses such as renting tuxedos and/or purchasing prom dresses, getting glamour makeovers and corsages, and/or boutonnieres for himself/herself and date for the winner’s prom night. Additionally, the Grand Prizewinner will receive the use of a Hummer limousine, or similar stretch limousine (based on availability), for the evening of prom. The Grand Prizewinner’s school will receive up to $20,000 allowance for the school’s prom expenses and a live prom concert performed by recording artists Wakefield who will perform at the Grand Prizewinner’s high school. School prom expenses include renting prom facilities, decorations, catering, a photographer, a disc jockey, souvenir mementos, etc. Ten (10) First Place Prizewinners will receive an allowance of $500 for personal prom expenses such as renting a limousine, renting a tuxedo or getting a makeover, and a corsage or boutonniere for the winners’ prom night. Twenty-five (25) Second Place Prizewinners will receive an allowance of $150 for personal prom expenses such as renting a tuxedo or getting a makeover and a corsage or boutonniere for the winners’ prom night. One-hundred-thirty (130) Third Place Prizewinners will receive a music compact disc (CD), with ten Third Place Prizes awarded each week from December 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Third Place Prizewinners remain eligible for all other prizes except another Third Place Prize. Winners of the Grand, First and Second Place Prizes are ineligible for more than one prize, other than a Third Place Prize.

5. Air Force participation in Win The Perfect Prom Sweepstakes in no way constitutes an endorsement of StudentAware Communications, Inc. or Perfect Proms programs.

6. For the names of prizewinners, send a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to: Win The Perfect Prom Sweepstakes Winners, 305 SW 140th Terrace, Newberry, Florida 32669, to be received by March 18, 2005.
