"ROCKLINE" Radio Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 8:30pm Pacific Standard Time on December 27, 2004 and ends 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on March 27, 2005. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Crystal Media Networks ("Sponsor"), 1100 Wilson Blvd., Suite 3000, Arlington, VA 90035 and is hosted by rocklineradio.com.

ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of their registration and who have internet access as of December 27, 2004. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of sponsor, rocklineradio.com, FOX Broadcasting Company, or any of the promotion and advertising agencies of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted and void outside of the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C.
HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit rocklineradio.com, link to the registration page and register by providing your full name, birthdate, email address, full mailing address, and telephone number. Only online entry is permitted. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified in the entrant's entry as of December 27, 2004. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email account governing the email address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on March 27, 2005. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor, and will be used solely in connection with the Sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable law.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. From among all of the eligible entries received, winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee during the week of March 28, 2005. All decisions are final in all matters relating to Sweepstakes. The selected winner will be required to respond to the e-mail notification within 48 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case; Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
PRIZES. Sponsor agrees to provide the following material ("prize(s)"): One (1) Grand Prize trip to Los Angeles, California, consisting of: (a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport with regularly scheduled flights closest to the winner's permanent residence in the 48 continental United States or Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles International Airport; (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) in Los Angeles (Hotel TBD) for the nights of (TBD), but not including hotel parking, meals, tips, telephones charges, incidentals and all other personal expenses; (c) two (2) tickets to a rock show (TBD) in the Los Angeles area; (d) rental car for two (2) days and all materials needed for the Rock'n'Roll Magical History Tour (e) $500 spending money; (f) two (2) copies of the first three (3) seasons of "24" on DVD. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize (and all prizes) is $2,000.00 (depending on location of winner's residence). Grand Prizewinner's guest must be 21 years of age or older. Grand Prizewinner and guest must travel on same itinerary on dates and times to be designated by Crystal Media Networks. Grand Prizewinner and guest must have valid identification and any other documents necessary for air travel and rental car. Air transportation is subject to the following additional restrictions: any ground transportation and lodging, if required, other than as expressly provided herein will be the winner's responsibility; winner will be responsible for all applicable travel and other insurance, all applicable airport charges including, without limitation, any excess baggage charges, airport taxes, international fees, fuel charges and any applicable Customs or Federal inspection fees; and tickets are not transferable, refundable or redeemable. Grand Prizewinner and guest must sign Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Releases.
ODDS. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release Sponsor, FOX Broadcasting Company, FOX Entertainment Group (including the parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities of each), News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television, Imagine Television, together with the respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents of each, including without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Sweepstakes, (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each Releasee from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from or in any way connected to my participation in the Promotion and/or the awarding, acceptance and/or use of any or all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to use the Sweepstakes for publicity purposes in any media, and to use the names, likenesses, and hometown names and/or prize information of winners as part of that publicity, without any compensation or prior review unless prohibited by law. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. This offer is void outside the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C. and void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Virginia. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
