GRAND PRIZE: (1) Trip for winner and (3) guests to a New England Patriots Game at Gillette Stadium. Prize consists of the following for winner and his/her three (3) guests: Roundtrip coach air transportation (from major commercial airport nearest winner's U.S. residence. Winner and guests must fly together from winner's departure city.) to Boston, MA, standard hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) for 3 days/2 nights, ground transportation to and from airport/hotel, VIP seats at Patriots Game, Limousine transportation to and from Gillette Stadium, $500 each toward shopping spree in the Gillette Stadium Pro Shop, Patriots/Gillette Stadium Merchandise, participate in and receive a video copy of winner and his/her three guests playing football on the field at Gillette Stadium, Pre-Game Tailgating Party, Stadium Tour, Breakfast in Gillette Suite, and Dinner in Boston. Actual value of prize depends on city, date and time of departure. The difference between any stated prize value and actual prize value will not be awarded. Meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner. Travel dates and game date are determined solely by Sponsor and subject to availability. Seating assignment at the game is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Travel/accommodations are subject to change, restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner and travel companions must travel together on same itinerary determined by Sponsor (departing and arriving from and to the same airports and flights), and take trip as stated, or prize will be forfeited. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, he/she must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,500.

SECOND PRIZE: (250): Gillette Stadium Footballs. ARV: $7.99.
