GRAND PRIZE: (1) Winner will be awarded the grand prize that carries an approximate retail value of $2,700. There will be no other prizes. The grand prize consists of a trip for two people (grand prize winner and one guest chosen by grand prize winner, who must be at least 21 years of age at time of departure) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Grand prize includes round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport to the grand prize winner's home (grand prize winner and guest must travel to and from the same airport and have the same travel itinerary) (maximum price of airfare, including taxes and fees, not to exceed $1,200) and a $600 gift certificate to the Aladdin Hotel and Casino for use toward hotel accommodations and/or dining. During the winner's and guest's stay at the Aladdin Hotel, the grand prize winner and guest will also each receive a facial (maximum value of $99) and day use of spa facilities (up to a maximum of four consecutive (4) days, depending on length of stay at the Aladdin Hotel), exclusive of spa treatments, at the Elemis Spa in the Aladdin Hotel. Winner and guest will also receive a makeup consultation and face makeover from a Urban Decay makeup artist. The grand prize winner (but not the guest) will receive $500 in Urban Decay cosmetics to be selected by the grand prize winner but subject to availability. All other expenses related to acceptance of the grand prize not explicitly listed herein as being part of the grand prize, such as expenses incurred in excess of the value of the gift certifications and hotel/airport transfers, are the responsibility of the grand prize winner and guest. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute with either the cash value of the applicable prize that would otherwise have been awarded, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. The grand prize will be awarded.
