GRAND PRIZE: (1) Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the "Supercuts Presents Busch Series Racing from Phoenix" on November 1, 2003 (the "Trip") including the following: (i) round trip coach airfare for two (2) from Grand Prize winner's nearest gateway airport to Phoenix, Arizona; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations, standard room at double occupancy of Sponsors' choice, (iii) rental car of Sponsor's choice for three (3) days, (iv) two (2) tickets to the Bashas' Supermarkets 200 Bush Series Race; and (v) Three Hundred Dollars ($300) spending money. The Approximate Market Value ("AMV") for the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars ($2,990).

FIRST PIRZE: (1) Winner will receive an autographed Supercuts racing helmet at an AMV of Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650).

SECOND PRIZE: (20) Winners will each receive the book, "Keep it Simple," autographed by Terry Bradshaw at an AMV of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).

THIRD PRIZE: (25) Winners will each receive an autographed FitzBradsaw race team hat at an AMV of Fifteen Dollars ($15)
