Sweepstakes begins on or about September 1, 2003 and ends on November 30, 2003

Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 1, 2004 from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail. Grand prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of date indicated on prize notification letter. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, prize will be forfeited, with an alternate winner selected. If prize notification or prize (as applicable) is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds of Winning:
(10) Grand Prizes: each Grand Prize consists of (1) Xcooter XC500GT JR Electric Scooter. Grand Prize ARV: $150 each. (50) First Prizes: Roadmaster Mountain Sport SX 24-inch Bike. ARV: $100.00 each. (1000) Second Prizes: T-Shirts ARV: $10.00 each. Approximately 250,000 official entry forms will be made available, but odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Total ARV of prizes is $16,500.
