FIRST PRIZE: (1) Winner will win the Eastern Game Package ("Eastern Prize Winner") consisting of the following: Trip for two (2) to an NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game ("Eastern Game") including (i) roundtrip coach airfare from Eastern Grand Prize Winner's nearest gateway airport, to site of the Eastern Game; (ii) one (1) night standard hotel accommodations at double occupancy; (iii) two tickets to the Eastern Game; and Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) spending money, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00). The specific Eastern Game will be chosen at Sponsors' sole discretion. If Eastern Prize Winner cannot attend the Eastern Game, Sponsors may, at Sponsors' sole discretion, disqualify Eastern Prize Winner and select an alternate Eastern Prize Winner.

The specific Western Game will be chosen at Sponsors' sole discretion. If Western Prize Winner cannot attend the Western Game, Sponsors may, at Sponsors' sole discretion, disqualify Western Prize Winner and select an alternate Western Prize Winner. AMV of Grand Prizes (2) Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00).

SECOND PRIZES: (50) Winners will each win a Lord of the Rings hat at an AMV of Eight Dollars ($ each.
