CONTEST RULES
Official rules:

1. No purchase necessary. Contest open to United States residents who are eighteen (1 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of NAD Electronics of America, and any of its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and NAD or PSB sales representatives and dealer agents are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules.

All entries must be received by midnight March 28, 2003 (the "contest deadline"). Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified. Any entries received after the contest deadline or that are not properly or completely filled in will not be eligible for the draw and will automatically be disqualified. NAD Electronics of America is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries become the property of NAD Electronics of America. By entering our contest by email you authorize us to add you to our mailing list for any future contests, marketing or promotional material or changes to our website. However, NAD Electronics of America does not and will not sell or give your e-mail address to any third party not affiliated with NAD Electronics of America.



3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at a drawing to be held within thirty (30) days after the contest deadline. The decisions of NAD Electronics of America are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by these contest rules and the decisions of NAD Electronics of America. The winner will be notified by telephone or by e-mail.


4. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except that NAD Electronics of America reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. Taxes on the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.


5. Prizewinner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Void where prohibited. The winner agrees that NAD Electronics of America, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this contest. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting prize, winner grants permission for NAD Electronics of America, and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. NAD Electronics of America reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Internet portion of this contest should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of NAD Electronics of America, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the contest. In such event, NAD Electronics of America will select the prizewinner from the eligible entries received prior to such corruption or impairment. NAD Electronics of America is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by NAD Electronics of America on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to for resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.


8. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NAD ELECTRONICS OF AMERICA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
