P and G surveys

I am still hoping that someone can tell me how to get to the P and G surveys so I can take them again since my e-mail address changed and I don't know how to get back to doing surveys with them. Can anyone help.?

They seem to be working on their site, though, and can't pull up accounts. But there is a link to contact them. Hope this helps.
