Grand Prize: A trip for two to see the Rolling Stones in concert on January 21, 2003 in Chicago, Illinois. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the U.S. airport gateway nearest to Grand Prize winner’s residence to Chicago; two (2) nights, standard hotel accommodations (one room and tax only; double occupancy); two (2) tickets to see the Rolling Stones (seat selection is at Sponsor’s sole discretion; subject to availability); round-trip transportation between hotel and airport and between hotel and concert. 1. How to Enter: The THAT’S ‘70s SHOW WATCH & WIN SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time [“PST”]) on November 4, 2002 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 6, 2002 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Two Ways to Enter. First, watch the syndicated version (the Monday through Friday version) of the “THAT ‘70s SHOW” television series (the “Series”) for the following weeks: November 4-8 (“Week 1”), November 11-15 (“Week 2”), November 18-22 (“Week 3”) and November 25-29 (“Week 4”). Check your local listings for specific times and channels (Series may also appear on Saturdays in some markets). During each week a secret word will appear on screen during all of the broadcasts for that week. Each week will contain a different secret word. Two ways to enter: 1) On-line Entry: Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and follow the links to “THAT ‘70s SHOW” WATCH & WIN SWEEPSTAKES. Fill in the required fields on the online entry form, including the correct secret word(s) for entry, and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period, and you will be entered. You do not need to submit entries for all four weeks to be eligible to win. However, you increase your number of chances to be eligible to win if you submit one entry for each broadcast week. Accordingly, you may enter the secret word for a single week or for more than one week but a maximum of one secret word will be accepted for each weekly broadcast period (e.g., one for Week 1, one for Week 2, etc.). Upon submitting the online entry form in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive one entry for each correct secret word submitted in accordance with these rules, up to a maximum of four entries per person; or 2) Mail Entry: Obtain and complete an official entry form found at a participating Champs Sports store location by legibly hand-printing your name, address, zip code, date of birth, plus day phone number (including area code) plus one secret word. If more than one secret word is placed on the entry form, such entry form will be disqualified. Then, mail your official entry form in a stamped envelope to: THAT’S ‘70s SHOW WATCH & WIN SWEEPSTAKES, P.O. Box 8576 Calabasas, CA 91302. You do not need to submit entry forms for all four weeks to be eligible to win. However, you increase your number of chances to be eligible to win if you submit one entry for each broadcast week. Accordingly, you may mail in additional entry forms for additional broadcast weeks but a maximum of one secret word per entry form and for each weekly broadcast period (e.g., one for Week 1, one for Week 2, etc.) will be accepted. You will receive one entry for each correct secret word submitted on an entry form via mail in accordance with these rules, up to a maximum of four entries per person. Each envelope is considered one entry. Regardless of the method of entry (either online or via mail), a maximum of four entries per person will be accepted. Submission of any additional entries will result in the disqualification of the entrant. Entries containing an incorrect secret word will be disqualified. Submission of the same secret word more than once will result in the disqualification of the entrant. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on December 6, 2002. Mail entries must be postmarked by December 6, 2002 and received not later than December 12, 2002. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Neither Carsey-Werner Distribution, LLC or Champs Sports (collectively referred to as “Sponsor”), nor RPMC, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”) will verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Travel must be taken on January 20-22, 2003 or on dates specified by Sponsor or winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Travel dates are subject to change depending on concert availability. One (1) First Prize: A trip for two to attend a filming of “THAT ‘70s SHOW” in Los Angeles, California. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the U.S. airport gateway nearest to Grand Prize winner’s residence to Los Angeles; two (2) nights, standard hotel accommodations (one room and tax only; double occupancy); admission to the filming of an episode of “THAT ‘70s SHOW”; round-trip trip transportation between hotel and airport and between hotel and filming. (ARV: $3,116). Sponsor is not responsible for pre-emption, interruption and/or cancellation of the Series. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor which is subject to the production schedule of “THAT ‘70s SHOW”. Travel must be completed by February 28, 2003. Travel Restrictions: Grand and First Prize winners must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least 45 days in advance and winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. Travel is subject to air travel and hotel availability, and holiday and black-out dates. Once travel dates are determined, no substitution of dates is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All meals, taxes, incidentals, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand and First Prize winners. One Hundred (100) Second Prizes: A $150 Champs Sport gift certificate. (Actual retail value: $150 each). Gift certificates are subject to the standard terms and conditions for redemption applicable to Champs Sport gift certificates. Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes: A collection of 15 CD’s of music from the 1970’s. (ARV: $260 each). No transfer, substitution, assignment or cash equivalent for prizes (or prize components) is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Limit one prize per person/family/household. All prizes will be awarded. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of Second and Third prizes. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $27,916.
