Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to participate.

2. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

3. To enter The Hawai'i Source's sweepstakes, complete the official entry form located at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] All information provided will kept confidential. One entry only, per e-mail address or household. You will then be permanently added to our database. Entry forms must be received by 11:59 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, December 15, 2002.
Note: Contestants who entry our Sweepstakes via off-line means and/or through an unauthorized third party on-line sweepstakes.com organization are not considered eligible entrants and may be disqualified.

4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about December 16, 2002. The winner will be notified by U.S. mail and must respond within 3 business days in order to accept the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. The winner and one companion will receive round-trip airfare from selected U.S. departure cities, 7 nights accommodations at selected hotel and a 7 day compact size car while in Hawai'i.

6. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

7. Some restrictions do apply: 1. The originating airport must be from a major U.S. commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States. 2. Space is subject to availability, and confirmation will be given on a space available basis only. 3. No travel will be permitted over holiday periods or blackout dates. 4. The estimated value of each of the Prize Package is $3,000. 5. Travel must be redeemed by May 1, 2003 and booked within thirty (30) days prior to travel origination. 6. Travel must be completed by December 10, 2003. 7. The winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, such as in-flight entertainment, passports, visas, travel related taxes, personal expenses, incidentals, meals, beverages, expenses caused by flight interruption. 8. This prize has no cash, redemption or barter value. 9. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted.

8. Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. We request that you give thirty (30) days advance notice to make reservations and that you please have an alternate date in mind, should your first choice be unavailable.
