GRAND PRIZE: (1) A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV to see Neil Diamond in concert. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two people from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner's residence to Las Vegas; three (3) nights/four (4) days first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy); two (2) front row tickets to attend the Neil Diamond concert scheduled for December 27, 2002 (seat selection subject to availability); round-ttrip ground transportation between airport and hotel. (Approximate retail value $3,204.00). Grand Prize winner must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least 60 days in advance and must travel on December 26 - 29, 2002 or on such other dates as may be specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must secure identification documents and/or other necessary travel documents prior to travel and must travel on the same itinerary. Accommodations and air transportation are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. All meals, tips, insurance, taxes, and other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

FIRST PRIZE: (4) A Neil Diamond “Three Chord Opera” CD, autographed by Neil Diamond. (ARV $40.00 each).

SECOND PRIZE: (10) “Three Chord Opera” CD by Neil Diamond.
