GRAND PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a pair of season tickets (either a "partial season ticket plan" or a "full season ticket plan", in the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities) to regular-season home games either for the 2002-2003 season or for the 2003-2004 season (such selection to be made in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities) of the NHL team which is located in the metropolitan area that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner's home, subject to availability. In the event that more than one NHL team is located within the metropolitan area that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner's home, then the Sweepstakes Entities shall have sole and absolute discretion to select which team's aforementioned season tickets shall be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $3,000. Actual retail value depends upon the NHL team.
