1. HOW TO ENTER: There are four ways to enter this sweepstakes: A) Visit one of the Balance Bar 24-Hour Adventure or Hi-Tec Adventure Racing Series events and fill out an entry form from the display and submit the completed form in the ballot box on site. B) Follow the instructions on the Balance Bar Sweepstakes Direct Mail Piece. C) Visit your local participating grocery store and take an entry form from the display or an in store-circular. Fill out the entry form, or on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address (no PO Boxes), zip code, daytime telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable), and mail in an envelope to: Balance Bar Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5616, Ellenton, FL 34222-5006. Entry must be received by 1/7/03. D) Go online to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Online entries will only be accepted between 12:00 PM (noon) EST March 1, 2002 and 4:59 PM EST on December 31, 2002. Limit one online entry per day. 2. PRIZES/ARV: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Trip to Balance Bar Adventure Camp hosted by Colorado Adventure Training for winner and one guest/ARV per prize: $9,000. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for 2 to the Colorado Trails Ranch in Durango, CO. from a major US airport nearest to the winner's home on carrier selected by Sponsor, 5 day/4 night hotel accommodations (standard double-occupancy), all meals included, ground transfers to and from the airport/hotel. Winner and guest's accommodations are for June 4, 2003 through June 8, 2003. Dates are not flexible. Activities at the camp will include: Horse Back Riding, Mountain Climbing, Night Navigation Exercises, Kayaking, Mountain Biking and Overnight Adventure Racing. Expert instruction will be provided for specific events, based on availability; all equipment is included. Twenty-five (25) First Prizes: Balance branded 24-hour Adventure Racing Jacket/ARV per prize $100.00. One Hundred (100) Second Prizes: Balance branded 24-hour Adventure Racing Shirt/ARV per prize $25.00. Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Third Prizes: Balance branded 24-hour Adventure Racing Hat/ARV per prize $10.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $52,500.00. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Travel is subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply. Trip value may vary depending on point of departure and airline and fare fluctuation. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person/family/household.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about January 15, 2003, by Promotions.com, an independent judging organization. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
