 BEWARE of YOUCANSAVE.COM
Did NOT receive my order! Called two different customer service numbers (long distance) got only recording. No return calls or return emails. Credit card was charged.No shipping confirmation, nothing after over a month of placed order. Beware of this merchant on yahoo shopping!

Just moved it over And thanks for the warning! I hope your credit card company will be able to help you - most of them are very good about reversing charges when you don't receive any merchandise.

same thing happened to me... they cancelled my orders & still charged my credit card!! I emailed them, but will probably get no reply.. will argue it w/the cc company... I knew the deal was too good to be true!

| Order did arrive
UPDATE On the exact day my bank reversed the charges on my Visa debit card, the Flat hose arrived via UPS, which was 7/17. I never received any response to my prior calls or emails nor did I ever receive a shipping confirmation that this order was shipped.I was so surprised to see UPS at my door! I did contact my bank and let them know I did finally receive the item. I haven't used the hose yet, but was glad it finally arrived six and half weeks later. Still I will not be ordering from this website again. |

Glad it all worked out for ya, but 6 1/2 weeks is too long to have to wait on any order as minimal as this was! Yowza! Thanks for the heads up!
