Correction, Wingspanbank IS a member of FDIC. The only accounts not insured are their investment accounts -- no bank has FDIC insurance for the investment accounts.

thisis, i would be happy to sign up through you. I have never understood why some forums limit referal links... It would seem fair if we were allowed to say something like "here is my referal, please use it... if you prefer not to use it, here is a straight link" that would give folks a choice. In any event, though I am not in the habbit of making $$ through referals, I have no problem helping others... Heck, what goes around comes around... I scratch your back, you scratch mine... I see no harm in it.

On the other hand, maybe referal links are *bad* and I just don't know it.

Wingspan discontinued their offer. We are all very sad. There's another bank, can't remember which one, that gives you $20 if you deposit $100. And you get $30 for referrals. I think this is listed in the "referrals" section.
