Question

I noticed on one of the other posts that you guys go from place to place doing discounts for one order....does anyone know if for example you get an amazon gc and then go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and go in through them, can you get the extra discount there too?? will it still ask you for a discount code?? just a thought!

I don't use ebates... yeah I know I should, but I guess I'm just too lazy However, with BrandsForLess, you go directly to BFL & then click on the store name you want from their listing. It keeps a BFL banner on the top of the screen, but you can still use any coupons, gift certificates, etc. when you shop.

Hope this helps you!

I am just as awful as Kat. I always forget to do these things for the rebates and refunds. I tried it once at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and found out that you can get a rebate on a totally free order! I forget which place it was, but I had ordered from one of the sites you could link through from there and even though I didn't spend a penny I still got the amount in the smart frog account!

Hmmmmmm, if you are thinking of being able to have someone shop for deals that are linked through your site or for items you will post on your site there are a few places that will handle all the credit card stuff for you! On my site I use the buy now buttons from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and then I don't have to personally worry about touching or dealing with anyones CC info! Getting bonded is not hard unless you have had felony convictions. I am not sure how to go about but you could probably find more info by checking out the better business bureau sites online and their links! Good Luck! And if you do a site like that let us all know when it's up so we can come check it out!

what I figured I might do, is just get bonded then people can give me the lists of their wants and their credit info and a set limit and then maybe add a 15% fee for myself, not sure how I would do that, maybe with that credit company you were talking about.....that way I could eneter all their info and have the stuff shipped right to them. does that sound like it would work to you guys?? I'm willing to take any suggestions.....

Well a problem with them giving the credit info and you entering it at other stores to have shipped to them, is that most jurisdictions won't even allow companies themselves to charge a card unless a direct order was submitted. So basically a customer would have to say, order this item from this merchant at this price with the total being whatever. Sorry if that's confusing =]

Cool

okay I gotchya! I'm still kinda new at this, but I love to shop and thought I might put my skills to good use LOL maybe I'll check into getting a small business visa and bill them through a website and work off one credit card and just add my fees in with the amount they want to spend on gifts??
