WELL U SALES N TRADE FOLKS MAY KNOW THE FEELING



i sell a box of goodies, kids toys for 20.00 shipped..18 lb box mind u so, i made pennies on this sale...

originally was asking 30.00 plus shipping.... well over 40.00 of items new n mint in box.... im not out to ever rip anyone off, and ALWAYS send extras n tons of freebies in my boxes,and all my repeat customers know this and know how i run my sales..

well i let it go very cheap to rid of it.. now im told by person, box was heavily damamged, and there were broken items in box, including 2 cd's broken in 1/2...???????
now im confused because i packed everything extrememly well, and the cd's were placed in the middle of this box.. in the middle!!!!
now how do cd's get broken in 1/2 .......in 1/2 by being in the middle of the box, ????????
im sure happy this person was not lookin for a semi refund, because i gave an awsome deal... well i had to say cause its my only problem ive ever had... i know my customers, as i have repeat ones, and know my goods, and how i package items....
oh well im confused... happy day, thanks for listening
