Greenpoints Cancelled My Account

Both my daughter and I maintain greenpoint accounts- we even have their charge card. We had over 30,000 points. I just tried to access my account and it said it was cancelled. I called customer service and they said you are only allowed 1 account.

They definitely are getting a letter from me and we are cancelling the credit cards.
