Has anyone else seen pop-up ads from Reliaquote?

I have been lurking around Deal of Day for some time but finally have had something stir me enough to post.

Has anyone else notice pop up ads for Reliaquote.com regarding life insurance? I had never seen ads from this company previously and thought it was a very inappropriate time for them to start. I have sent an E-mail to them to that effect and hope this is not a widespread activity.
