Amazed with Reflect.com

Well I finally ordered something from Reflect.com - since from a previous post - people seemed to have some good comments. Ordered foundation sytem - full coverage. I got it + sponges and a candle (those free extras). I tried it and it seemed too light, didn't really provide full coverage and since my skin is REALLY oily - my face was shiny pretty quick. Even though I was wondering what they would do - I called them and asked if I could get it recustomized. They were wonderful. Asked me a set of questions - told me to keep what I had (that I might be able to use it during the winter or to blend with something else) and that if this next try didn't work, to call them again and they would continue to recustomize at no additional charge - AND - if I decided at any time that I wanted a full refund I could get it.

I AM IMPRESSED. I thought they would do 1 recustomization - but it seems they will do many - this is soooo great. I am going to shop there again - because it will be worth it for the service they provide.

FreebieHunter, I'd love to know if they send you something that works for you. My skin is super oily too, it takes about 30 seconds for me to have that dewy look after I put on any makeup. Please reply after you get what you like.

kiddiekat - will do - may end up trying their skin care line - since their "balancer" I think - it supposed to help with the oily skin problem - but I'll see what I get and let you know

Just wanted to post an update - I finally got confirmation of my free reustomization of my foundation is being sent out to me - should get it in on Monday or Tuesday. It took awhile - but with everything that has happened lately - I really don't blame them. In the meantime - I ordered a concealer - which I may need to get it recustomized since it seems a wee bit too orange for my skin - but we'll have to see with the new makeup. I also ordered one of the gift packs (with the gift certificates and containers and such) and I love it. I am still impressed with their customer service and plan on ordering from them again and again.

I ordered some samples from them awhile back and I was really pleased that they were full size! I was expecting a little card with some gloss on it, but nope, a full size container of lip gloss!

well I received my recustomization - had better liquid foundation but the powder they sent was wayyyyyy too dark - so I used the powder they sent with the original order. I called to see if I could a combo of the two - you know take the powder from the first and combine with the liquid of the second - took it little while to explain but they said sure AND they will send it out to me again in that config - WOW. I felt bad asking for it - but since I like it - I will definitely continue to order. I also did the $100 gift order with the palm deal - Got the G.C and the bag of stuff (which is REALLY NEAT) and am trying to figure out what to spend my G.C on now. Haven't got the palm yet but since it ship seperately and it takes longer - I'm not worried. figure I still have about 4 weeks before I worry.

The only problme I still have is oily skin and the foundation is good - but I've NEVER been able to find something that will stop this - so I'm trying a new avenue and play around with some stuff I got with my sephora.com G.C - see if that works - I may even try the skin care line at reflect.com.
