I won a prize(three bars of cheese and a cookbook) from:

and it came in very bad shape. The cheese was melted and rancid and the cookbook was totally damaged. I hesitated to write to the company but I was encouraged to do so by some DOD'ers. SO that is exactly what I did.

They did not email me back, but they called me on the phone, apologizing for the problem. They wanted to know the condition of the box and other info to help them understand what happened(they do not do the mailings) They assured me that they would send me something else, NOT cheese.


It appears that they are very much customer service oriented and I am sure I will do business with them for holidays and birthdays in the future. I am always looking for RELIABLE sites from which to order and I surely found one here!!! HOPE a lot of you will try them too, as they are a small husband and wife business team trying to make a go of it!!!
