Lanquage Now Rebate

Has anyone had trouble getting thier Lanquage Now Rebate?I have had mine in since 4-13-01. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

I'm in the same boat...been waiting since april! Also waiting for my cdr rebate from prime peripherals.

Just now sending in the LangNow rebate, hope it goes smoothly.

Rebate cert says call 877-776-9318 (which is Staples rebate CS, I think). If you don't get a satisfactory answer from operator, ask to speak to a supervisor (allow for plenty of hold time...) I have had reasonable success getting rebates expedited once you get a supervisor's attention.

We shouldn't have to chase them around to get our legitimate rebates fulfilled, but all too often that's what it takes. Part of the freebie game, I guess!
