How do I return certificates to Cityspree?

Could someone please tell me the procedure for returning certificates to Cityspree? I can't get a response via email and I have several certificates that aren't being honored.

Don't know how to return the certificates, but I've been following Cityspree, waiting for it to come to our area. Worries me that your certificates are not being honored. What happened?
