Now how do I cancel the darn thing so I don't keep getting coffee? I'll admit it, I get won over by the freebies they offer sometimes. Last time I did the robe one (well, my mom did it on her CC, but had it sent to me). This time I did the "weekender bag" which is, it turns out, a really nice bag. Very classy and well-made, large bag. Could use a few interior pockets, but not bad for $10 shipped including a pound of coffee. But, I can't find any place on the website where you can easily end your subscription, and every time I try to use their email link, I get an error message. Ideas?

Make sure you have your account number when you call. I canceled by e-mailing CD from the site. We went back and forth a bit (getting account number straight etc.) then they canceled ONE account. Turns out every time you sign up for a new freebie, they create a new account. It's legal, in fact they had solicited me for the second account well after the first one, but when they canceled one they missed the other. So I got an unwanted shipment, had to contact them again and make sure I would get no more shipments of any kind. Been OK since then. P.S. They actually said they wouldn't "cancel" the account, would just inactivate it so no more automatic shipments. But they want to leave your name in place, obviously that's to their advantage.
