Well I receieved a very nice phone call from the manager at McDonalds. She said she was sorry she didn't get back to me sooner (she got my complaint card about 5 weeks after I sent it, and they gave her NO info about when it happened). I just told her what happened and she apologized and was just really sweet.

Even still I have decided not to eat at Fast Food. Frankly, it is SO unhealthy for you, and the cost of it keeps rising. Plus, I don't enjoy waiting in lines.

It's nice if you just need to get a quick soda, or an ice-cream cone, or something like that, but anything other than that I would stay away from.

I get extremely upset with fast food employees. Back in the dinosaur days when I worked fast food, we were actually expected to be polite, acknowledge customers, get food orders out quickly and correctly. Now the norm seems to be that the employees are rude and poorly trained. You don't DARE leave without checking your order, as it will probably be wrong. I try to REALLY praise them when I run across a good employee.
