Wow, its so nice to see some companies still value customer satisfaction...unlike others I won't name (OK, I will - Spiegal??)
Lets face it, it seems like more and more retailers are touting "customer service" when in actuality, we're looking for "customer satisfaction".
I'm glad to see that some businesses are willing to step up to the plate and fix a problem...THAT'S how to get repeat business and NOT become a dot bomb!!
