Wow, what an experience with this merchant!!!

I had originally placed an order after a post in Internet Deals about their clearance sale. The total for the order was for about 30.00, and was for four outfits (4 tops, 4 bottoms.) Anyhow, after waiting and waiting, I never received and shipping confirmation after my original order confirmation email. So I called CS. The woman told me she was able to pull up my order number and it was showing as still processing. Okay. So I wait some more. Well, after about another week, I emailed them. Can you believe CS actually called my house??? My DH was home and she explained to him what I had contacted them about. Then she said that there was apparently a problem with their system and that now they didn't have what I had originally ordered. She said they felt really bad about it and told him to have me go back to the site and email her with a new order and they would send it to me free of charge. Well, I went back and the clearance was pretty picked over, so I emailed them back and asked what I should do, since they really didn't have anything left that I wanted. She emailed me back in like five minutes and said I should pick out four "outfits" (as in eight separate items) if I could find anything I wanted. Or she said I could wait until the 18th when the new fall stuff came out. Well, I waited and then went and ordered eight more items, totaling $93.00 and emailed her with the order. She immediately emailed me back and said they would take care of processing the order right away!!! So I got my DD almost $100.00 worth of school clothes for nothing!!!

Needless to say, I was completely blown away by the customer service at this site. I will definitely be going back there in the future, but I just thought I should give these guys a HUGE thumbs up!!!!

That really was a great experience! It's nice to know there's still some good Customer Service people around!
