I used a $10 off $60 code plus a gc. On my auto-confirm email there was a $67-$10-$10=$47. Now that my items have come trickling in with their packing slips listing the price of the toy, I got one that says $10 gc applied. The other $10 disappeared!!! So while I'm thinking what a great deal I got and after writing a complimentary letter to amazon...I'm steamed!! I'm thinking some of you are probably not even going to realize you didn't get your discount because of all the little charges on your cc. Am I right? |

I have NEVER had problems with amazon honoring their codes.... They have a confusing way of listing the charges on their invoices when orders come in several different boxes... but all you need to do is total your credit card purchases from amazon and make sure they match to what your original confirmation email (and your order total at amazon) says the total should be after your coupon codes. I'm sure you will find them correct. If not, just call them (800-201-7575). You have the confirmation so they will honor it I'm sure. Don't get upset... and good luck |

I just looked at the fine print and it says: May be used in conjunction with a promotional certificate So can anyone tell me if they got their discount or not? Thanks, Autumn96! I checked my cc and I have one charge that hasn't gone through yet. So even though the shipping confirmation says 15, I'll wait to see if it's really $5. I would just hate to have people think they are getting a discount that doesn't show up... Last edited by cata5; 07-15-2001 at 01:43 AM. |

So far, my billing has been accurate. I only used a coupon code though. I go through the several invoices and make sure they add up to my confirmed total. I haven't had a problem with Amazon yet.
