Hi all! I recently got the $40 flooz for signing up at Americangreetings.com, so I wanted to get something for ME at SF Music Box. I had a $10 off certificate, and a code for free shipping.. knowing that you can only use one or the other. I was VERY frustrated with their site.. not only did the shopping cart dump my order 3+ times (making me go through it all again), but it wouldn't take EITHER code. I wrote to them after placing the order (I had charged about 17 dollars to my CC... not what I wanted to do, but by that time I REALLY wanted the stuff!!!), and MUCH TO MY DELIGHT I got an email today apologising, and they re-did my order, putting in BOTH codes.. not only that, but the charge ended up being $2, and knowing that some CC companies don't like small charges, they again adjusted it to ZERO!!!!! Now THAT is customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Throw in their fantastic products, and they have MY business forever!!!! Janet |
